Beijing Restaurant

Beijing is one of our takeout staples. This trip, we tried a couple of dishes we’d not had there before, one of which was orange beef, a favorite. The beef was so over cooked, it was like eating wood chips in sauce. A real shame because the flavor of the sauce was great and spiced perfectly. You could tell just by looking at the nuggets that the beef was hopeless, as was an egg fu young we received on a previous outing. The egg fu young was almost black, it was so overcooked. We will keep going back to Beijing for the dishes we enjoy so much, but will not risk the egg fu young or orange beef again anytime soon.

I showed restraint and only are half a quart of chicken and broccoli. Hans ate a quart of rice and a quart of chicken and he said he wouldn't go back, but really who'd to blame.

The hostess was so friendly. The food was fantastic. We loved it. It was done fast and piping hot. Thanks!!

Surprisingly good. Best sesame chicken I've ever had. Good sweet and sour chicken. I've had better chicken fried rice but still devoured it. Will return when back in the area.
