    I love coming to THIS specific Caribou Coffee because of your employee Ethan! He is the best! Super kind and helpful, amazing with explaining the drinks ( I can be picky sometimes) And the coffee here is always wonderful!
    I see Ethan always running around working, but makes time for the customers. Real genuine awesomeness from this dude ????
    Give him a raise!

    I love Caribou but I ordered ahead recently here, went inside to pick it up and was waiting for quite a bit before I had to ask where my drink was (since there's no pick up counter and was hoping I hadn't ordered to the wrong location). The girl working just looked at me like I was strange for asking and rather put off by my question. I didn't know the drive through is the way to pick up orders ahead. But the atmosphere wasn't very friendly that day. On the plus, the drink was really good, as always.
