Clyde Iron Works

I really liked this place. We went on a Saturday early (about 4) before heading back to the Twin Cities. It wasn't very crowded, except for a few other families with kids like us. (It *was* only 4.) I was impressed with the staff, with how professional and friendly they were. The atmosphere was also really cool. Mezzanine, lawn games downstairs, a stage for live music, and the setting of the old Clyde foundry.

They had really good burgers. I had the bacon cheese and my wife had the killer bee. Cooked a perfect medium, juicy, on a brioche bun. The kids menu wasn't bad either. My kids both had pizza. Of course, I ended up eating some of what they decided not to eat. Pretty good thin crust pizza. I'd definitely come back.

I attended a class here and was impressed with the meeting space. We were in a room on the main floor, behind the kitchen. There was ample room for 100+ people and, even with the high ceilings, we could hear the presentation well. The space was clean and modern. The table settings were pretty. The food was tasty. All around, I was impressed.

We came in on a Friday night without a reservation and they squeezed us in... It was busy but we had no issues with time of service. The atmosphere was unique and beautiful and the food was great. I had a burger and it was finished just right. The building has a historical background and makes it a fun place to eat on vacation. Try it for yourself. Just to be safe, get a reservation on the weekends.

Absolutely amazing! A must see/eat if coming to Duluth! Amazing service, food was hot and spectacular, the atmosphere is unique, intimate and very comforting! Can’t recommend enough! I will definitely return and tell others about! Thank you!

Absolutely one of the best burgers I've ever experienced and our server Jill was outstanding. My husband and I have never stopped in Duluth before for food and I can't imagine choosing a better place to have a good meal. Not to mention the ambiance of the place is fantastic and educational to the buildings history. Wonderful wonderful experience!
