Duluth Coffee Kitchen

Come here. I implore you. It's a unique healthy menu. Which is not too bad on the wallet. Highly recommend the biscuits and gravy. And there bacon! Real thick and meaty. Service was awesome! Our servers name Emily and her favorite color is blue.

I'll try my best to keep this short and sweet:

We (my partner and I) had the biscuits and gravy, bloody Mary, a standard breakfast hash, and the cucumber drink. Normally I would go the website and take a look at the menu so I could find the proper names of what we ordered, but there is no website for the kitchen, and no menu to find.

The drinks were top notch. Unfortunately they were the only highlight of this visit. The biscuits and gravy were completely overpowered by black pepper (like revolting amounts of black pepper). The breakfast hash, though filled with lots of excellent ingredients, was very bland.

The service was very friendly, but quite slow considering how few diners were in the restaurant at the time. (There were some other bumps in the road when it comes to service that we chalked up to growing pains that I won't mention here)

We may be back as we usually give a new restaurant some slack when just opening. If we have a different experience the next time we visit this review will be updated.

Had a great experience at this new place. The food is well-prepared and of better quality than most places in town. The drinks are absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted in town. I’m excited to go back and try more things from their menu. Recommended!

Duluth Coffee Kitchen is the best breakfast spot in town! I had the Banh Mi sandwich and French toast cannoli, and they were amazing. Also, the ‘Death in the Afternoon’ cocktail? Mind-blowing. If you’re looking for a great breakfast or brunch in Duluth, definitely check this place out!
