    While the service was great and the food was good, it was extremely over priced! $38 for my mom and I to SPLIT a sandwich, each of us getting a cup of soup, and my daughter to have the burger kids meal. It wasn't until we were leaving that we had seen the lunch special flip card on the table, which more budget friendly options.

    Food was good, service was good, prise was a bit high for lunch and it wasn't until after we had placed our order that we found the lunch specials on the flip thing on the table, would have been nice if someone would have pointed that out before we ordered. Was a toss up between a 3 & a 4. Pointing out those menu choices might have made the difference.

    Food is really good, but the prices are outrageous. I can't recommend this place because you simply don't get what you pay for. If the menu prices were reduced by about 25%, I would give 5 stars

    Grandma's is a Duluth tradition and is worth checking out. Was too long a wait when we stopped on Friday night but got right in on Sunday. The French onion soup was perfect, sweet and savory with lots of cheese! Had the seasonal schnitzel sandwich and it was also very good. Fun atmosphere and friendly service topped it off.
