Always better and cleaner than the east Duluth one that closed down. The staff was friendly and sometimes hilarious when I go in. It Made my day a few times.

It is what it is tho. Fast food chicken.

They were quick but their pull ahead service is not maintained well. And honestly I paid over $5 dollars to receive some dried out chicken tenders that I didn't even order and there wasn't even a cookie with all of it...not the end of the world but all in all they got my order WRONG and I'm sad to say the chick didn't even give me a receipt. This was around 1:20 and she was a heavier African American woman who should probably just slow down and check her orders first.

The lady working the drive thru was very professional and super nice & polite. Food was good too but great customer service is what you really remember

Service was great but we were the first ones to arrive when they opened and the place was very messy. Tables floor and soda machines were dirty. Looked like they didn't clean anything at close the night before. They were sweeping the floors while we were eating.
Food was great but what happened to the famous recipe chicken? Very disappointed that KFC changed what they're known for.

I usually buy the popcorn chicken as the chicken breast are too expensive and usually the skin is just way too much pure fat. I love KFC especially their coleslaw but I can't afford their prices so I only go there once a year if I have a coupon. KFC used to have coupon books several times a year but I haven't seen their coupon books in the past year. So no business from me or my family. Bring back the coupon books KFC. summation point
