    Everything was really great this time. I have had over proofed dough before in Virginia and Duluth but this was really good. The wait staff was really awesome...very kind. My little boy skinned his knee and they were kind enough to give him a band aid. Super nice and a great visit. The only reason we sometimes skip the hut is high price and dough issues occasionally but not this time...this time it was really good
