My friends and I had a blast. The staff was very kind and made us feel very welcome.

Thursday is chicken dinner special for $12.95! It is awesome! Had pizza too. We're impressed with both! Very good!

It's been many years since I've been at the Viking Bar. We would make an annual trip for Jennys Birthday, April 12, for wings! We odered 4 different kinds. They all were delicious! Highly recommended! I even saw a few friends of mine! Thank you Tony for your hospitality! We will be back. Happy to me, Jen 😃

Let me begin by saying that I've been stopping here for many years on our snowmobile rides. My rating might have been the same in the past.

But the reason I'm deciding to give 5 stars is because of the one stop I made this year. Tony is struggling with a problem that many, if not all, restaurants are struggling with nowadays. So the hours have had to be cut down severely. And he can't find anyone to help every day, but that's not his fault. On our first ride, we rode out here on a Wednesday to find out they were closed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Like I said, we ended up being able to stop on a Friday.

Tony was absolutely friendly (like how I remembered him from before). He offered to make a fish sandwich for me (it was during Lent) even though it was not on the menu (which I just decided to make it easy on him and have the tasty BLT). He doesn't have much help during the week (like stated before), but from what I saw, he did a good job being attentive to people.

The food was great! My BLT and fries were awesome. The pickle slices were a little big for me, but they still tasted good!

He's got a nice TV that he plays sports games on. Very nice restaurant and clean bathroom! A nice big parking lot, too, with lots of space for vehicles and snowmobiles. It is located along the Bearskin trail that has easy access!

P.S./Edit: He does have a fish fry special, but it doesn't start until 4 P.M. (I was there before 4)

Fast and friendly service. Good food with nice sized portions. This is a country bar/restaurant with a GREAT local crowd that is friendly and always willing to chat with a newcomer. Try the fish fry on Friday night or the meat raffle on Thursday but show up early or you'll struggle to find a seat.
