Chuck E. Cheese

The food is not great and I'm not sure how often the games get wiped down. One of the games ran out of tickets. Staff was nice and fairly helpful. Good place to go to let kids run around and have fun, seemed like a very safe environment.

Plenty of games and very easy to lose track of time there. The kids enjoy going there. Only reason it's a 4 star is the staff seemed so stiff, last time I was there they at least attempted to be friendly. This time it felt like we were an annoyance even though my family was the first customers of the day. And the Wednesday special is 1 hour of play for $14 but they had me pay the normal $22 for an hour. I mentioned it to them and all i got was a sorry. No refunding the difference I guess.
We also had ordered the cheese pizza and it was very good as usual. The place was clean (but then again it should be since we got there right away at opening time). So overall good but customer service was severely lacking this time. :(

I came here for nieces birthday party. Very clean place. Other chuck E. Cheeses I've been to have been very trashy. I enjoyed walking around and watching the kids play and even play a little myself! Also very friendly staff and super helpful.

Good fun for kids. Like pulling teeth to get mascot to come out and see kids. Perhaps hire people person next time?

I've gone to two Chuck-E-Cheeses. One in Fargo North Dakota and this one. This Chuck-E-Cheese does not use tokens as they use a card to play. Instead of popping tokens in the machine they just slide their card past the card reader part of the machine and it the deducts points off of the card. You can also recharge it by yourself at certain kiosks. This place is also two three times bigger than the Fargo one. If you want to go somewhere and easily burn more than a half-hour of time this is the place to go! Staff was very friendly and helpful and full of smiles!
