If you like vegetables cooked to a perfect, tender crisp texture, flavors that compliment a diverse palate and wide ranging dishes prepared from soups, stir-frys, dumplings, Chinese BBQ, desserts, salad with toppings, fish, pork, chicken and beef then welcome to the China Star! This is not your average Chinese/American buffet. The dishes are made with care and continually replenished. No overheated leathery shrimp or overcooked vegetable glop. Servers are cheerful and attentive, and remove dishes quickly. I have eaten Asian food from around the world and would happily pay double for food of this quality. All staff respect COVID protocols and I felt very comfortable eating here. I will come back very soon!
