Zaffiro's Parkwood

I like this restaurant a lot. there is a very nice air. The cuisine is very tasty. the service is dynamic and the stuff is well trained. The price is satisfactory. truly recommend.

Ordered a pizza and it was great. The wait staff was very friendly and the restaurant/bar was spotless. The chips you get at your table to snack on while waiting for order are AMAZING!!!!! Will be back.

The ambiance is nice, it’s definitely a more upscale building than most places around town. The food is overpriced, which is kind of a given with it being attached to the theater, but it’s not terribly overpriced, either.

Except for the pizzas, the regular prices for those are highway robbery. Fortunately they have specials on them all the time, so can typically get them for way less.

The soft drinks are $3.77 a piece, which is also kind of ridiculous, but compared to the theater next door, it seems more reasonable.

The service is inattentive at best. They are friendly, but that’s the best I can really say. Our drinks weren’t refilled, it took a long time to get menus and the bill, and we had a very simple order. FOH really needs some oversight, based on all the comments people have left about service.
