    We love going to Caribou and this last time the drink were made wrong, we asked for 4 drinks. The first one asked to put whip cream on and didn't get that. The second drink asked for Expresso and didn't get it, the last one want dark chocolate with almond milk and didn't get it. When asked to redo the drinks got told to go throught the line again.

    I don't know who you put in charge for the hiring/training here, but they did a top-notch job. These are beyond the friendliest, most endearing and joyful group of people I've ever encountered. It has gotten to the point that whenever I am having a rough day/week/hour/whatever, I go there for coffee boost but - more importantly - for their sunny dispositions. They deserve all the raises/bonuses/pats on the back.

    The people that work there are some of the nicest workers ever! I go almost every morning and they're always so nice.
