Before I even thought about writing this review, I write other people's reviews because normally when it comes to Dairy Queen, it's a certain kind of taste or flavor that people go there for, not the speediness of the service. When I had visited Dairy Queen in Owatonna I had ordered the same thing, I order every time, and that's the George mud fudge, I had to return it twice because it was wrong, I think it was just due to like faulty training, not their fault could be but I'm not gonna make a cashier cry. I mean, if they knew what they are doing, and I'm sure they would do it. Also, a business owner who takes the time to reply to reviews is a very attentive and few and far between, so thanks for that. As for the food prep or kind of guessing what the customer wants before they kind of even want it or anticipating what they want and dropping the food before you know, they finish the order in the drive through probably help you out.
