I was not given any napkins, which normally isnt a huge deal, but the sandwich was so poorly put together and very sloppy. Then the woman behind me in line was told she HAD to get spinach on her turkey slider because that's just how it's made. I thought you were able to do whatever you wanted to their signature subs regardless of what the "recommendations" are. Maybe they need some better training??”
