    We stopped in for as light dinner and a glass of wine. Really a nice place, although the menu is a bit more like a bar menu - mostly sandwiches, and fried foods. They have a typical bar with some big screens that looked like a great place to watch a game, and a really nice dining room, all with the 31 mile view up the Mississippi River valley. I had the broiled cod Saturday special, which was very good, and tarter sauce was tasty. Recommend you stop in when visiting Wabasha.

    One of our crew had a scary heat event yesterday. The staff was terrific, calling 911, being available and attentive the entire time the first responders were there, until we left. Everything is okay, our buddy is doing fine. Thank you very much, for your genuine concern, we appreciate what you did. By the way, the course is beautiful, even with the lack of rain. We come from Hastings and LaCrosse......perfect half-way point.
