Oma's Bread

If you are ever in Wadena, Minnesota, stop by Oma’s Restaurant and Bakery. The food is fresh and scrumptious and the baked goods are spectacular!! The venue is also very inviting with fresh flowers on each of the tables.

I really loved their food. I always get fantastic customer service here. The place is well organised and the cashiers are always welcoming. Highly recommended.

Went for lunch but when we saw the German specialties I had the Snitzal with Spatzal, my wife had the Goulash with Spatzal. Both were wonderful. The wine selection was good and local craft beers.
Sat at the bar stools so saw first hand how well a family can work together. Took home a couple slices of Blueberry Kuchen, wow! If travels lead you to Wadena you need to check this place out.

We had dinner here for the first time to celebrate an achievement. The service was very friendly and patient. We had two kids with us that haven't really been in public since March, so they were a little out of practice on their manners. We were checked on during our meal by both our server and someone whom I'm assuming was the owner. When we went to pay our bill, I asked for two cupcakes to be added on to our bill for our kids. The other owner told the cashier to give us four free of charge. Such a kind gesture will make us repeat customers for sure.

My family and I loved this place. The menu has something for everyone. If you're a person who likes decor, atmosphere etc. the restaurant is beautiful and more importantly, clean. The service was awesome. They brought us fresh baked bread with butter to start with (so good.) My son tried the mushroom soup that he enjoyed to the very last drop. Their turkey panini was good, too. It came with a fresh salad paired with a great house dressing. My daughter (picky) had the beef goulash kids meal and ate every bite. They had delicious drinks. Our favorite was the Light Angel (it had ice cream, orange juice, and whipped cream.) This place had a great selection of baked goods that we enjoyed as well. This is a must try, everyone. We will definitely make it back there.
