Bambu Kitchen & Sushi Bar

Went for pho and was not disappointed! The food tasted great and that big bowl of noodle soup really hit the spot. Plus, I really liked the story from the owner on the menu. Servers were nice and I’m going to have to try their sushi next time!!!

Thus place had two locations, this one is newer and constantly being fixed up, they just added their sushi bar and is one of my favorite places for sushi. The owner is amazing and nice. Last handful of times they were fully staffed.

The meals and service were beyond our expectations. We truly enjoyed the ambience of this spot. Excellent place to take the family out for lunch.

We have always enjoyed their Maplewood restaurant, so were excited when they said they were opening another restaurant that focused a little more on seafood and sushi. We love this place! Especially the wide selection of seafood/sushi and the quality and beautiful presentation of the sushi/food.

The owner is extremely involved and was always checking in both times we've gone. They are still working out a couple kinks in this new expansion service wise, but the service was never bad both times we went, just a couple small confusion moments. The food is wonderful, it is a nice atmosphere, staff are incredibly friendly. Definitely try them out!!
