Caribou Coffee

They were all out of coffee and made me a rapid cup right away with a smile. Thank you!

I got a snack pack with moldy grapes in them. The package was labeled with the wrong expiration date, or maybe the grapes were just a bad batch. Anyway, when I brought it back up to the counter they were very apologetic. They offered to switch the pack for another one or put a refund on my card. Then they took a picture of the grapes for their supplier before tossing them out and visually inspected all the remaining snack packs to be sure no others were tainted. The employees turned a bad experience into a demonstration of what should be done. Great job!

I've been coming to this caribou regularly since 2015. They used to regularly get my order wrong but now its just occasionally wrong with a bunch of attitude.

I went through the drive through a couple days ago and they handed me 3 of my 4 items then said "Have a nice day!" and turned around and walked away before I could say anything. I tried to say "I'm still missing my..." but she didn't hear me and I sat out there staring at a different woman (the one with the headset) for several more minutes before they opened the door and tried to hand me a different drink as if I was someone else. Then before I could tell them it wasn't mine, they ripped the drink away and tossed my sandwich bag at me and laughed. I literally sat there for several seconds thinking "is this really happening?" But then I thought about my past experiences and I wasnt surprised anymore. I drove off and enjoyed my smushed sandwich.

Still the best coffee around though.

Love their rewards system! Much easier than Starbucks. Customer service is almost always friendly and they don't fill up majority of the cup with ice.
