    Very good food and service. The place was quite busy and of course also quite loud that Thursday evening. The state fair cheese curds are amazing!

    Go and enjoy brunch favorites like corned beef hash and eggs, delicious cheese burgers and wash it down with a tap beer or beverage of choice. You can also play some pull tabs while you wait. Sit at a high top, table or bar. Our server was very attentive as well. Stroll Main Street when your done or by the St Croix river walk.

    Happened upon this location walking through town. Did not know what to expect. Found the absolute best cheese curds I have ever had!!! The prime rib was incredibly tender (wish there was some sort of seasoning applied).
    Fast and friendly service a true plus.

    Great vibes @ Howard’s Bar. Love the food especially the cobb salad and the curds. The new owners have really improved the menu and the staff is always friendly. Will be making this a regular spot!
