Bruegger's Bagels

Great staff, and amazing food. This Caribou is conveniently placed next to the Caribou Coffee and many other establishments including the UPS store, Walgreens, and a bank. There are numerous other restaurants in the same strip mall like building. There is a wide menu variety and very friendly staff. When you walk in you see people sitting and reading the newspaper or quietly talking together. You also see people working on their computers or having a meeting with someone else. It is a great meet-up place or a spot to get some work done. Or maybe just enjoy one of the light, fluffy and delicious bagels. There is a variety of seating options including tables with many chairs, booths, or personal tables. You can also sit inside the Caribou Coffee next door where there are numerous couches and comfy chairs. The restaurant is very clean and tidy, and the food is great and good quality. Placed a last minute order of breakfast sandwiches, bagels and coffee the night before for a sales meeting the following morning. Was very grateful that Brueggers was able to accommodate the request so last minute. Everything was perfect!

Reliably good bagels and sandwiches, only complaint is that they no longer seem to give out "freshness bags" which keep your bagels from getting hard.

The employees are always so sweet and don't rush you with your order. Bagels are always hot!

I submitted a catering order for two bagel boxes on a Tuesday to be ready the following Saturday. I was sure to ask how far in advance I should submit an order, and the staff said even two days ahead of time would be fine (I did 5 days to be sure). When I arrived to pick up the order (in the time-window I specificed online), I found out my order was not ready. It was a little stressful (the order was for a bridal shower I was hosting and I was on a tight schedule), but the staff working were helpful and put the order together as fast as they could on a busy weekend morning (I believe they threw in a few extra bagels, too). The bagels were great, but the stress of not having the order ready would make me hesitate to get bruegger's catering again. Call in advance to make sure your order is ready!
