(February 6, 2019, 5:21 am)The chicken burrito bowl is the bomb! Supper happy they opened a second location away from downtown so there is easy parking. Always friendly service, no extra frills as far as atmosphere goes but i always get take out. Go for the chips and queso too delicious!

(January 16, 2019, 6:05 am)In college, I would go to Cha Chis for a giant burrito at a good price. I would eat half, and save the rest for later.
I came back to Winona on vacation after three years of living abroad. I bought a burrito. I ate half for supper and half for breakfast the next day.
Many things change. The taste and quality of burritos at Cha Chis, however, do not. They remain one of my favorite restaurants in the US.
