(August 23, 2019, 1:36 am)I had their food tonight for dinner. It was good and inexpensive. The service was fast and I was a walk in. The lady in front was pleasant and very nice. I am only here for a week for work and as an outer towner I recommend this establishment.

The soups, crabrangoons, orange chicken, and combination fried rice are delicious, but the sweet and sour chicken isn't good. It's the only Chinese restaurant in Winona that delivers, and the deliveryman is very quick and sweet.
