    Great food! Didn't have to wait long for a table. My waiter Caleb was awesome and very attentive at a very busy lunch time.

    The service was excellent. The muffins and chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The portion sizes of the food were small. Overall it was a good breakfast.

    I am only in town for one week 2 to 3 times a year for work. Perkins is my go to and they never let me down. The food is great and inexpensive the employees are respectful and polite and the service is good. The food takes a bit to get to me because they are busy and short handed but they communicate that with me so it's all good.
    If you haven't tried their food I eat the breakfast burger with fries or the Triple dare ya breakfast!
    Good food Good price.

    Perkins is Perkins. This is the go-to place to late-night food with friends. Probably because it is literally the only restaurant open passed 10pm in Winona. As it is in a college town, this Perkins can sometimes be surprisingly busy during the 11PM, 12AM hours. I've always had decent service, with decent food. I still hold that Perkins has the best Chicken Tender Melt out of the restaurants I've tried in the area.
