J's Restaurant and Bar Down Under

Very good prices decor is a bit old but, this place is very old! Great food and next to Buffalo lake! But when we come here we have to park fAr away! Other that that very nice place!

I always come grabbing some food in this spot. I loved the prompt customer service and well prepared dishes. I recommend this place.

Its just what their website says."Dive Bar". Friendly staff, inexpensive drinks and a sub par band. What more could a gal ask for. Very safe and comfortable atmosphere. Good times!!

Classic old town restaurant that's stood the test of time. J's has everything you need when you come in to eat. The business is old, no doubt. The people match the history but welcome to a restaurant that has outlasted everyone. The food is awesomely priced, portions are huge. Sometimes the wait can get long but nothing more the. 30 minutes and it's always hot and ready to enjoy. Decor definitely rocks the 80s but that's ok for me. I'm not looking to make judgement on eateries based on decor and people attire. Local, farm friendly folks and they love helping people. Move along if your looking for 5 star everything, that's what the cities Is for. You can keep that over PRICED non sense with little portions down there. We eat good out in the sticks with plenty of smiles and great stories to share especially at J's.
