Taco John's

I normally take the time to only complain when I have a bad experience at a restaurant. I want to take a moment to point out a wonderful experience I had at the Buffalo, MN Taco Johns on 11/22/2019. I specifically want to point out one individual Jarett, who was working the front register.

I can honestly say he was the best service industry employee I have had the pleasure to be around in the last year and this includes my visit to Disney World. Not only did he help make sure I got the best value while ordering, he took time to welcome guests, went out of his way to make sure a family in the restaurant was given extra attention, checked up on many patrons quality of food, ran extra errands for tables because he took the time to ask what else they might need and all with a smile that felt genuine.

He honestly set the bar for hospitality.

One of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. So many places, especially fast food have a lack luster staff. This place was refreshing!! Thanks for the positive attitudes and very enjoyable staff!! The street tacos were great too.

We were there around 3pm. Not busy at all. The gal that helped us was great. Nice and clean. She also was helpful to my 9 year old granddaughter which I thought was super. Will visit again.
