La Michoacana Ice Cream Delights

We had dinner here for the first time ever and will definitely be going back. The food and service were great! Even the kids chicken nuggets and fries were amazing! You can tell they really care about the quality they put into their food. They even make their ice cream from scratch!

**I have to update since they added the new menu. Great street tacos. So good!! Everything we had is so food. Nachos, ice cream, so much more to eat than just ice cream. Dozens of flavors made fresh every day!

This place has absolutely the best ice cream anywhere around. Lots of flavors. Even something as common as strawberry is next level. It's all made right there. The owner said what makes his strawberry taste different is using real fruit and slowly reducing the fresh fruit puree.
The result is flavor packed.
Now they have Mexican street food, tacos, burritos, Tortas, hot dogs, and Carne asada fries. Now you can get a great meal and top it off with delicious ice cream.

We stopped in here after seeing they had birria tacos available and didn’t realize they have been here for two years now! The birria tacos were phenomenal and we got the chongos ice cream on top of the funnel cake which was also delicious. The owner was super sweet and he gave us some samples of his yummy fruit waters that are made fresh daily and let us sample their homemade ice cream. He told us the chongos was just made last night and we sampled that one and ultimately went with that for our funnel cake. We will be back! Even if it’s just for dessert but we definitely want to try some more of the food menu as well. Nice food option for Monticello!

Just amazing food! The owners are so sweet and put their heart and soul to everything they make. We drove all the way from Zimmerman to try them out and we will be back! Put this on your bucket list!
