Fantastic dining experience. Great cocktails and wine selection. Chef Ashley was engaging and welcoming. Speckled trout dish was outstanding.

I have been a vegetarian since I was a child. Now I am almost 50. I can honestly say that I ate the best meal of my vegetarian life here. There wasn't a vegetarian option on the menu, but the chef whipped me up something special.

Very good atmosphere and food. If you are looking for an upscale dining experience in Natchez this is the place. The chef’s experience alone is worth a visit. We opted for drinks, appetizers and dessert only. All were top notch. Pictured is the bananas foster and blueberry bread pudding. We ordered a 2nd bananas foster for the table it was so delicious!!

I stopped by for lunch.... And had their roast beef Po boy.... It was nice to see mostly an older staff that allows the young students back to school or family or whatever... I am sensitive to the Columbian issue so I noticed that the meat preparation was good instead of steeped or broiled that would better let me enjoy a menthol drop.... The cook was of a different ethnicity then I'm aware of for white spaces... So I recommend for the change of assumption of it... Thanks

Natchez is an adorable town and my husband and I loved Kitchen Bistro. Our waitress Michelle was the only server (she had food runners and bartender was working the room too) but, she really watched and made sure every table had what they needed. The food was so so so good! I loved the grilled oysters, deviled eggs and the shrimp and grits. We will be back next time we are in town......also, great piano player and beautifully decorated restaraunt. .
