    First time at Backdraft and it won’t be the last. Great menu selection. Best fillet I’ve had in some time.

    What a great idea! A restaurant serving as a tribute to fire fighters! Enjoyed a flavorful Ribeye prepared exactly as ordered. Drinks were excellently poured and staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely dine here again!

    The food was amazing. The wait staff is just adorable. Charming smile and southern accent and great service. We were able to reserve a table before 6:00 at the last minute on a busy Friday. I had the catfish vieux carre, which is blackened catfish topped with shrimp and a creamy Cajun sauce. The fish was moist and flakey and perfect!

    Service was extremely slow but it was definitely worth the wait. The owner cooked my steak to PERFECTION!!! I'm very ticky about the temperature of my steak and she cooked it perfectly (medium rare). The flavor was just 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. I love when The Hubbin takes me here for date night. Oh and our server, Sarah, was super nice and informative. She looked like she was so happy to be at work, which also made the wait worth it.🥰

    Definitely a special occasions only kinda place. Kinda pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was friendly.
    We got 3 appetizers, 3 entrees, 1 dessert and like 7 specialty drinks. Portion sizes were perfect and the seasoning was amazing.
