“I stopped by here while passing through Cleveland. I ordered a Black Jack Chicken sandwich. It was pretty good, but it was warm and not hot. My fries were piping hot, so I’m assuming the sandwich was made before the fries were dropped. I also had a chocolate shake and it wasn’t good. It was almost white in color and tasted more like a vanilla shake with a hint of chocolate in it. It’s worth noting that the employees were awesome and great at their jobs. I’d definitely return if I’m back in the area.”

“Learned of this place while attending a home going over the weekend. This place was a customer's favorite spot and he loved the polish sausages. I had to try one for myself for it was high recommended. It was everything (AC) said it was and loved. I truly enjoyed the polish sausage and meeting Glen & Mayor Perkins. Great southern hospitality while revisiting a town I once grew up in. I definitely will be returning to try more items on the menu. This a gem in the Delta. Keep up the great work. :)”

“Cute setting. All dishes were served on McCarty pottery which was a nice touch. The waitresses were attentive and all the food was fresh. I ordered the chicken crepes as my meal along with a side portion of the chicken salad. Both dishes were tasty - it will depend on if you want a hot or cold entree when you go. For dessert I got a half portion of both cobbler options. The caramel was definitely my favorite!”

“Nice lil "nook" restaurant!! Cozy, clean and ran by good and friendly people!! This seems to be a neighborhood "go-to" for food!! We stopped in on a Sunday, which they have a Sunday special for dinner. We ordered the pork steaks with rice and gravy and dressing and greens with potato salad. It was delicious! Seasoned just right and perfect portions! The Sunday menu consists of 1 meat, 2 sides and a can drink. RC cola was a choice! During the week, there is a short order menu consisting of burgers, wings, fries,, etc. I am most sure it is all good, no matter what is ordered! One of the employees even gave us some great historical information!! I feel so happy to stop by the Joni nook, good food, great History and just all around GREAT VIBES! If you are traveling through on Hwy 278, try for yourself!👍👍👍”
