No Way Jose Restaurant

It never disappoints!! I always try a different dish every time we go and they are always delicious! The mixed drinks are fabulous!

I had high hopes after reading others reviews. We really just didn't have a good server, it appeared as though his tables were on the other half of the restaurant, we were the only table he had where we were seated and we NEVER saw him. We ordered queso for the 4 of us, we ran out of chips fairly quickly between the queso and the salsa. Other tables were getting refills but we couldn't find our server. By the time he checked on us, the queso was cold and had hardened. When we finally got our food, 2 entrees were cold, again, we couldn't find our server. When we finally got his attention, the other 2 people in our group were finished eating by the time we could ask for the other meals to be heated up. There was no offer to remake them or even an apology. I think the food would've been pretty good, it was just a disappointing experience.

Had a to go order of a bean burrito with white sauce and rice just now for dinner. They put rice AND beans in my dish, which would usually be fine, but the beans were watery, cold, and flavorless. It was amazing a few years ago, but it’s fallen now. Still could easily improve.

Stopped in on the way home from a cruise. Greeted by a friendly waitress, asked her what was popular. Order the burrito loco and it was great! The chips and salsa were also very good! Friendly, clean, and fast service!
