Shivers Creek Fish House (Crystal Springs Location)

The food here is AMAZING! I had the catfish and fried oyster meal while my wife had the fried catfish only meal. Both meals, as with all meals, came with greens, coleslaw, and hush puppies. Everything was hot and fresh, and the service was excellent. It's a little out of the way, but well worth the drive.

I have never seen this place any busier than it was yesterday, and yet the entire staff had a smile on their face and hustled around the room. Our server Addison made sure we lacked for nothing, while other servers passing by were also attentive and friendly. The food was as good as always, of course, but I was so impressed with the staff and the kitchen for keeping up with such a crowd. My wife and I both had the fried catfish filets and they were delicious.

The shrimp and blackened fish are phenomenal and full of flavor. I love sauces of any kind with my meals so naturally I had to have their comeback, tarter, and ranch which were all unique and tasty.
The greens tasted smoked and might be the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Today was our first time eating at Shivers Creek Fish House. My husband and I drove an hour to try this restaurant and wasn't disappointed. It was worth the drive. Bethany was an excellent waitress. Shivers Creek, we will definitely be coming back. Great food and great service.

Amazing Southern raised catfish! Fillet or whole, you can’t go wrong! You like hushpuppies? They got those too.. (better than anywhere around)
