Their burgers and fries are wonderful, hot and fresh, the only thing, they don't give enough ketchup

Nice place to eat. Customers do complain about messed up orders sometimes but not often.

Since the whole Covid thing started, the service at the Hazelhurst, MS location has really dropped off. It seems that there may be as few as two employees working at a time with as long as it takes for a drive through order to be taken and fulfilled. Service here used to be pretty good, but lately, wait times are long (I've left the line more than once as it wasn't moving at all) and the employees that meet you at the drive through window seem to have been run ragged. The dining room is still closed, even though others in the area are opening back up. If more employees were brought back to work, drive through service would improve and more customers would patronize your establishment.
