    Never ever ever had a problem with the food. Their drink holders, however, need a new design. I asked for one at Wendy's in Hernando, and before I even made it out of the parking lot, one of my drinks was on the floor of my car.

    My husband had a Homestyle chicken sandwich and it had no taste. I got the $4 for 4 deal. The double stack had no taste either. The French fries were good. The unsweetened iced tea didn't have much taste either. The quality of food is definitely not what it used to be.

    My visit today was an experience that Wendy's wants every customer to have. The food was perfect, hot and fresh. The customer service was amazing. The young lady at the counter greeted me when I walked in with a smile and a friendly hello.
