Buffalo Wild Wings

Been a while since I came here. Service was good and the traditional wings were actually on point and full of meat!! Surprised. Last time wasn't such a good experience so if you're out there and haven't been here in a while I recommend giving them a try again. I went on a Saturday night amongst the college football crowd. Great atmosphere Great food = fun time!

Short review: Food good, service not so good.
Long review:
Dining area vs bar area seemed small. Long wait for dining area for party of 4 or choose bar area. We chose to take our chances. Service was not good. Drink orders were ok, our food order was slow to take and even slower to come. I was really glad we ordered an appetizer that came at a reasonable time. That was the last we saw our waitress. Our food came while later via someone else. When we were waiting/looking for our check to pay and go, a waiter came up and let us know our waitress had a "restroom issue" and had to go home and that he just found out that he was assigned to our table. At least the food was good, although I prefer to get drink refills after making the mistake of trying the blazing sauce. This is very possibly a one time bad experience. It was a Saturday night and they were very busy and it was a "on the way home" stop for dinner. I think I would have preferred not to have known there was a "restroom issue". Don't know what it was and don't want to know.

At this location, the staff couldn't have been more courteous and kind. I had placed a mobile order at one point and the other I had sat down at the bar.
In both instances, my order was accurate and quick. For the takeout order, the front desk was extremely helpful and ensured to give me extra napkins and plastic utensils. They took the time to verify all was correct with my order.
