(September 10, 2019, 12:32 pm)Customer service is absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so nice. The only negative I have is that it's really slow. It took 15 minutes to get food, and we were the only people waiting.

(July 26, 2019, 9:50 pm)Great customer service!!!! When we ate at this location, it was happy hour and we got the sliders for $1 each. The gentleman who took our order and worked the window was Pat (African American man with dreads) he was great!!!! So kind and friendly. The wait was a little long for the food, but it was worth it! I've worked in customer service for a few years and Pat made the experience at Hardee's great! Food was good. Overall I'm impressed ????
