I have been to Pinks several times and understand some people’s frustrations with having to wait if they’re in a rush. Of course, I go to enjoy the atmosphere, the coffee/ drinks, and the food. Everything from a chocolate chip cookie to quiche is made with incredible attention to detail and is delicious! Don’t want spinach? Simply engage in a short dialogue with the barista or chef and they’ll most likely accommodate. I once ordered a BLT with chicken salad (delish btw) and now it’s on the menu and bears my name. I also wanted a cortado (doppio with a splash of steamed milk) and now IT’S on the menu. Don’t know how much more accommodating an owner can be. Pinks has a very homey feel and you won’t get the Starbucks vibe or the Bonefish table setting, but you can play Sorry or Cribbage, or check out the late Mr. Bill’s origami collection, or (this is gonna sound nuts) talk to other customers while you wait.
Grilled 3 cheese and bacon on a croissant was great. Quiet little spot to grab lunch with Frank Senatra playing in the background. Outdoor patio was where I landed today. Thumbs up!
We had the Sausage, Egg, Jalapeno, cheese muffin this morning for breakfast and it filled me up... it was so good will definitely be back! A busy day doing things around the house chicken salad on a croissant roll is for supper!
whatever chocolate pie I ordered per the recommendation of the barista, was absolutely incredible!! the vibe of this place is very warm. I loved the music and though the menu is pretty pricey, everything we ordered for an afternoon coffee run was delicious. I had a great experience at pinks!
