I lived in Dallas for several years, and discovered Potbelly when I lived there. I was thrilled when one opened in Olive Branch. It is my favorite go-to when i want a tasty sandwich!

I placed an order with Grub hub today and they failed after an hour and half to pickup order for delivery. I received a call from a Potbelly associate that agreed to bring me my lunch. Kudos to your company for outstanding customer service. I'm grateful for your service.
