Today we stopped at this Subway at the Flying J in Olive Branch MS. Not only was it immaculate, but the staff was outstanding. In particular, Erica deserves my commendation! She took care of my order efficiently but then helped me out to my car; sweet, kind, personable, and very caring! EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR in my book. Thank you again, Erica!
I never dreamed I would be rating a Subway much less giving them a 5 star rating! But, this location deserves it! Friendly, helpful staff that was not only efficient but prepared an absolutely delicious sandwich for both my wife and me. The ingredients were all fresh including the tuna salad (rare in a Subway) and the young man preparing it was not at all hesitant to give us both plenty of what we ordered (again rare in a Subway). We were just passing through for the first and perhaps only time in our lives but, if we lived in the area, this would be a regular stop.
