Fat Boy's Pizza

The appetizers were better than my pizza slice. While the slice was huge, it tasted like it had been sitting for a while. If recommend ordering a fresh pizza vs just a slice.
The atmosphere and the bartender made the night though, absolutely great service. Beers are cold and you can even play a game or two of cornhole on the patio.
I'd stop in again when in town, but I'd order a while pizza this time.

On a recent trip to Hattiesburg, while spending the night, we decided to have a pizza and movie night where we were staying. We stopped by Fat Boys for the first time to order a pizza for supper and some Fat Yays for dessert. While we waited, everyone was nice and offered us a drink while waiting. The pizza and dessert were great, and we look forward to returning and doing a dine in experience next time around.

The pizza was good. I had to wait in a long line, and the place was insanely busy. And the beignets were phenomenal

Starting with the pizza. Hands down fat boys have a delicious slice of pizza on a scale of 9.6 out 10. The wings was a little over done for my liking 5/10. The beignets was a solid 9. And the dessert knot should always be ordered after you finish the pizza. Mines became hard before I finished my pie. All in all 9.2 for fat boys.

Today we went into Fat Boy's and it was pretty good. When we walked in there was the sight of pizza everywhere we turned. We went for our son's birthday.
Walking in there was a sign that talked about a 2-foot pizza challenge. My son wanted to try it, but I knew I would be the one up with him when he won. Not a win for me. Lol...
Walking up to the counter, you get to see what the majority of the items look like before trying, for those of you who are visual eaters... like me.
We got to the table and the slices were huge. We are from the Chicago area, so I will not say the Pizza is up to par with a Chicago deep dish, but it was worth trying. Now the wings on the other hand were amazing! I would come back just for them!
The facility was clean and the staff was amazing. Especially Elijah. He was very patient and kind. He took his time and explained things to us and even had us try a few other items.
I am thoroughly stuffed with leftovers.
I would recommend trying at least once.
