Absolutely fantastic!! The service was great and the food was soooo delicious. It was our first time eating there because we live an hour away but I had heard such great things. All the things we heard were true and we will definitely be back! I’m coming for the tiramisu next time!!! ?
I had the most awesome experience.. although any atmosphere is always great with my hubby. Mr Frank was wonderful with talking serving, suggesting, introduction of the restaurant. Husband said quality of food was great. We had lasagne and spaghetti please come out Italian is in the house. It brought us closer. Try it you might like it. The booths
Best Italian I've had around Hattiesburg.
I’d heard of and about Mario’s since it opened, all of it good, but had not gone until now. This was a revelation.
Mario’s is now one of the top 3 restaurants in Hattiesburg in my opinion - all factors combine into unsurpassed value and outstanding execution of what is some of the finest such cuisine I’ve ever had. It didn’t matter that they happened to be out of nearly half their wine list; as soon as olive oil and bread (a must order) were brought to the table, the ethereal choir began its ascent in the background along with the soft strains of The Godfather theme. It may have been holy oil, no sacrilege intended. Now, if that, I thought, is indicative of what is about to arrive from the kitchen, then Friday night is about to be a gargantuan gastronomic success.
This proved itself to be true. As true as Madonna on the Rocks.
To see for yourself and be witness to Sicilian glory, go here today. And be sure to tell Frank that the gravy is undeniable.
