Sonic Drive-In

Everyone is always extremely nice. Fantastic customer service. Food is amazing. The slushees are good and so is the ice. It’s a very clean area and very scenic.

Sonics food is usually the same at most locations. They use 2 types of grills so the burgers are only made 1 of the 2 ways at Any location that you may visit.
The food is always fast to arrive and hot.
They offer an App that offers many Deals. They also print coupons in the paper and usually have a drink/food special for certain times of the day.
My only major complaint is the number of napkins given with an order. For example 2 napkins for 4 meals is not appropriate. I feel bad asking for more and the car-hops never seem to carry anything extra that you may want. I do try to ask for this in advanced but it rarely seems to solve the problem.
Overall I am pleased with the food quality and consistency. I know what I am getting every time. I appreciate the savings that they offer but rarely take advantage of this.

I usually really enjoy my visits there, however there has been times when my order was totally messed up. I ordered fries and got onion rings or I ordered a cheeseburger and got a regular burger. Other than that I love sonic.
