“Check out their new menu! Awesome!! Bodega, aka Parrothead, is a must goto during your Bay St. Louis visit. Prices and serving sizes are reasonable. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Full bar and great drinks. Indoor and outdoor dining. A bartender is outside making great mojitos on the busy weekends. Plenty of parking in the back.”

“Best bar & grill in Ole Town, owners are super friendly, the atmosphere is great, and it feels like it should be in the keys. Wings ,gumbo, and burgers are delicious. It's an older ,well-behaved crowd, and it's a perfect spot to watch your favorite sports.”

“Wow! Lots of details to explain here. First, we loved it. Our favorites: the thick bbq sauces, the beans, the lean cut brisket, the pork nachos, the smoked-then-grilled meats (this is really the pinnacle of the place), particularly the wings. Fantastic!! The mac n cheese and fries were okay, but this was definitely my favorite food on our whole trip, which even included Memphis, so I'm impressed. Coke products. Our waitress, Shelby, was delightful!”

“One word: delicious! We drove in from out of town to try this establishment. We like to eat and make Indian food often, so we were excited to find that there was a new place to try. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed it was clean and nicely decorated. We were greeted and sat promptly. There was a buffet; however, we opted to order several dishes and share. The owner recommended the honey cauliflower. It reminded me of orange chicken. It was very good and came with a cilantro-mint sauce that was excellent. We ordered Chana masala, paneer saag, veggie korma, and madras curry. We also ordered naan and papadm. I haven’t had papadm in many years, and I was thrilled that it arrived tasting as good as I remember. All of the dishes were enjoyed. We had a bit to take home too. The saag was some of the best I’ve ever had. The paneer was slightly browned, which added a nice texture and flavor. The restaurant was moderately crowded; it was encouraging to see people supporting a local business. We had a great experience and intend to return.”

“We love this place! Here are pics from our most recent visit, when we sat at the kitchen bar and watched the spectacular meals being made by the friendly and conversational cooks. On this trip, we had a bottle of wine and two specials: crawfish bread for an appetizer - stellar! - and a giant soft-shelled crab atop Asian-spiced rice with chunks of lobster - even more stellar! Each dish was sauced to perfection. We watched as steaks were grilled, side dishes were sauteed and this beautiful whole flounder was treated so lovingly and the proud chef held it up for us to photograph. We've never had a bad bite here, and come back almost every time we visit Bay St. Louis. Two other dishes that we really, really love are the bouillabaisse and the fried artichoke. We often share that combination for dinner, because the servings here are LARGE. Even if you're not hungry for lunch or dinner, or have reservations somewhere else, it's great to sit outside and enjoy one of their handmade cocktails, and do some people-watching of the always entertaining tourists and locals on the main drag in this tiny seaside town. Put Thorny Oyster on your list! The only negative is that it can get very loud when the restaurant is full - and on those days, we just take an outside table.”

“We’ve been looking at this place for a while & I’m so glad we finally tried it!!! We went on a weekday around 1 & we were the only people, which for us was awesome. It was super kid friendly, they had 2 free arcade game machines, street fighter & pac man that kept him occupied while we waited on food. Our server Alexis was very patient & nice & even gave our son a sticker & a slap bracelet. The food was amazing, & me and my husband are very picky with restaurants in this area of BSL. Everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I got the Breaky Bowl, my husband got the Breakfast Smash Burger. Big portions & reasonable prices, most mains were around 15$ and drinks were 3$ each, with the exception of coffees (and probably alch). With how expensive waffle house has gotten, this is definitely our new favorite breakfast option in the bay.”

“Went to TBG since I was in New Orleans, I have been to That Boy Good in Oceanside, CA and so I thought lets hit the new one in Bay St. Louis. Food was excellent - ribs, pulled pork, sausage, mac n cheese and everything on the menu was excellent. Chris (GM/Co-owner) and Chef Mark (Co-Owner) chat with the customers and the wait staff is excellent.”

“Found the Bay seafood company while in town. It definitely did not disappoint. I got the Hamburger basket with a salad and the fried pickles. The hamburger was real hamburger meat and cooked to order. The fried pickles were delicious. My sister and niece got the Bay boil and steam which had shrimp, crab legs, corn on the cob and potatoes with garlic butter and spicy butter. They had only wonderful things to say about their platter and judging by only shells left behind it is safe to say they enjoyed it. They said the seafood was fresh and cooked to order. The staff was very friendly and treated us like family. Our drinks never got below half full. Very attentive and very sweet ladies. We have definitely found the mom and pop seafood restaurant that we will visit when we are back in town.”

“The food was delicious. It took a few minutes to get it but I'm ok with waiting because that generally means the food is fresher. We had the brisket, pulled pork, and a cheeseburger. Also bought ribs and sausage for the person who couldn't come because he was at work. Can't wait to try that when we get back home. I don't eat bbq sauce but the folks with me certainly enjoyed it. I recommend you do what we did....we each got something different so we could try everything.”

“From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charming ambiance and friendly staff. As I settled in for a delightful meal, I couldn't resist ordering their renowned Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, and let me tell you, it was a taste sensation like no other. The succulent chicken combined with crispy bacon and creamy ranch dressing created a flavor symphony in my mouth. Paired with a side of perfectly seasoned French fries, it was a match made in culinary heaven. But it wasn't just the delectable food that impressed me. The restaurant's outdoor seating provided a truly enchanting dining experience. As I savored each bite, I was treated to a picturesque view of the bayou. The serene waters, swaying trees, and gentle breeze added a touch of tranquility to my meal. It felt like a momentary escape from the bustling world, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the delicious flavors and the beauty of nature. Moreover, the attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. They were prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The overall service and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. In conclusion, Bistro on the Bayou is a culinary haven that offers both gastronomic delights and a feast for the senses. With their mouthwatering Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap, perfectly seasoned French fries, and a breathtaking view, it's an experience you won't want to miss. I highly recommend this charming establishment for an unforgettable dining experience.”

“A great little coffee shop at Stennis that I visit frequently. The ladies who work there are awesome, the coffee I hear is very good (I always get tea, never been a coffee fan) and they have a nice selection of food items too (including muffins and sandwiches). I'm a regular there and from what I can tell many other folks are too. Definitely worth a visit if you need a caffeine fix or something to eat.”

“The 2 most important things about good boiled crawfish are the flavor and how easy they peel. Crawfish Max nailed it on both levels. Seasoned to perfection and the tails just slid right out of the shell. And as a bonus, they were huge, juicy, and priced fairly. Being from Louisiana and living in Mississippi for 15 years, I can honestly say that these were the best crawfish that I’ve had in Mississippi.”
