Recently went again after more than a year hiatus and was quite impressed. Had the pimento burger, spinach dip and a few drinks. The food was great, especially the pimento burger! Service was fabulous with everyone being friendly.
I also accidentally left my sunglasses on the bar when I left. I was in quite a panic when I realized it as they were a gift from a friend who has since passed away. I checked back with martinis, honestly not expecting to find them as I figured someone else picked them up. I was surprised, they had found them and put them in the safe.
I highly recommend giving this venue a try for dinner, drinks and great service.
This place is a lot of fun! Light up dancefloor and a cool outside area with a small fountain thing.
There was music inside and when I went outside, there was a DJ playing a variety of music. Not just the slow boring country that people around here like (not judging).
There's an outside bar area, as well, but the drink selection is a bit more limited. I was able to get any domestic beer and most shots. Mixed drinks were hit or miss. Inside bar has everything you need.
I'm posting that I did spend $100+ per person (2 people. We did NOT eat any food. Only drank alcohol, and we were there for over 4 hours just hanging out.
Food prices seem normal for the Gulf coast area. Around $30-40 for 2 entrees and beverages.
Had the pleasure of stumbling upon this hidden gem Sunday brunch this weekend! We originally planned on going to Toasted Yolk, but with an over an hour wait we decided to try someplace else-got in our car and started driving and saw their sidewalk sign and decided to stop- BEST DECISION EVER! The FREE order of beignets were amazing (better than Cafe Du Monde) and the breakfast items were all delicious! 4 of us had the shrimp and grits, creole hash, bananas foster French toast, and chicken biscuits-everything was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be coming back-manager came over to our table and was super friendly.
