Great food & service, had a Philly cheese steak. Loaded with steak. Could only eat half.?
Had to come back for another Philly cheese steak, EXCELLENT! ??
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We went for the first time, and everything was just superb! The garlic knots were amazing, the pizza was so good, the cocktails are amazing, everything is so fresh and homemade, great service too! I cannot wait to go back again ??
Hubby and I went and had pizza a a bbq sandwich....it was OUTSTANDING. SO good, we returned the very next day with our 10, and 17yr old. The pizza crust is perfect, and the sauce was just the right amount. We had fried pickles, wings, and pizza..EXCELLENT! This is our new favorite restaurant. If you love brick oven, and clean, fresh toppings on your pizza, this is the place!!!! SO DELICIOUS ?
I haven’t been here in over a year, decided to order for carry out around 6. The Buffalo Chicken pizza had a good flavor, but the chicken tasted old, super dried out, and some pieces were very fatty. The other pizza was overcooked, the crust on half was burnt at the top and way too crispy. Don’t get me wrong I like a crunch to my crust but not like that. I was disappointed with the jalapeño poppers, they were soggy on the outside. Sonic’s are better and that’s not saying much as is. The fried mushrooms were good. I wasn’t impressed with the garlic knots. For the price I didn’t find worth it. Maybe it was just a bad night for my order. I don’t know. The host was super nice and friendly. I may try again but not anytime soon.
I came to Pop's on a Saturday afternoon, about 4:45. I knew it had a reputation as a nice family place and that is true. I could tell because there were 3 adjacent tables of 6 occupied by three generations; the littlest ones spending a fair amount of time moving between tables sharing little girl hugs with their cousins and aunties and uncles and Grandma and Grandpa etc. I came to Pop's because I could watch all that familial love and affection and sharing a meal take place before my eyes. While my own family is hundreds or even thousands of miles away.
On another note Robin was my server and she was sweet and kind to me and kept apologizing she felt she was neglecting me because she had this crowd of 20-odd family members spread out over three tables...
Bottom line: Pizza was great, service was great, and I felt a little bit like I had a been part of a multi-generational family meal from a safe distance.
