Totally worth the hype 100%!!!! We got the Lollipop Passion goblet, and it tasted like a sour candy! The rainbow sliders are soooo good. I was scared to go because the reviews said they tasted gross/ took a long service. We had the best service! We got a server, he was very nice and quick with the food!! If you think about going soon, GO! Even though its quite pricey.. There food is so good! 10/10 Recommend!! Make a reservation a week early, because last time we tried to go, for a table of 5 we had to wait 2-3 hrs. Make sure to make a reservation!

The night we went here, it was a short wait. We were celebrating my brother’s birthday there. We started off with drinks which they do an awesome presentation of. Like their name, their drinks are pretty sugary and sweet, can’t barely taste much alcohol. I ordered the blue cheese bacon burger and my brother ordered the Sugar Factory rainbow sliders. The food was not bad, nice portions but I think the rainbow sliders are overrated, it’s mostly for looks. The service started to lack after our server dropped off our food. We know there quite a bit of birthdays going on when we were dining there. We were at least wanted to get the same type of birthday celebration experience as the other customers. I know we would have to order the huge sundae to get that but we order a banana split. We didn’t get nothing, not even a happy birthday. On top of she hardly checked on us. We had to keep trying to grab her attention to get our check.

My wife and I stopped in for dessert and weren't disappointed. The sundae for two could probably feed at least 4 (it was a LOT of ice cream) but it was so good. Bring your appetite if you stop in!

First time being there.. it was a lively and lovely experience... A birthday celebration, and a newlywed celebration... Both were very entertaining and enjoyable. Great atmosphere, great service, really great food, one of the best milkshakes I've ever had in my life... I definitely recommend this place and I'll definitely be returning.
