(December 14, 2020, 1:35 am)This is the best Japanese food I've had in a long time. I am from San Diego, and there are tons of Japanese restaurants there. I have eaten at some of the best in San Diego and Los Angeles. Samurai is my new favorite! The staff are very friendly. The restaurant is beautiful and so clean.

(December 13, 2020, 2:43 pm)Something about the sushi was not right at all and this is a Japanese restaurant. Uhh and I've lived in Hawaii for 4 yrs so I know fresh sushi. It was like it may have been freezer burned or something. You guys need to do better please. I probably won't be coming back. The texture was something like rubber.

(October 16, 2020, 1:40 pm)Food was phenomenal. The menu is huge, they have a variety of rolls and platters to offer. The fish in the sushi was fresh and didn't taste like it was sitting in the refrigerator all week. We got seated fast and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend if you want sushi.
