(October 16, 2020, 2:15 pm)They never have the app orders ready, it’s hard to get in and out, the drive thru line is a 20 minute minimum. As other reviewers have said, it’s a busy location that’s poorly managed and customer service definitely needs improvement! I love my lattes but I’m starting to think it isn’t worth the hassle! ?

(September 21, 2020, 1:05 am)Amazing!! Drinks and foods are absolutely delicious! The customer service is great and I love the variety of things you can buy. The only thing is the wait in the line but understand the long line because it is very good food, I would wait any amount of time to get drinks from here thats how good it is!
