Single friendliest Taco Bell I've ever been to! Thank you for the great food and being so welcoming!

I am changing my review from two years ago! Below is a review I wrote for this location, but I had to come back to revise it. The service at this Taco Bell is amazing now and the staff is so nice! They have really stepped it up, and we are always happy with our orders.

This Taco Bell location can’t get anything right. I’ve been through the drive thru a few times recently hoping for a fast on-the-go meal. This past week I was trapped in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes because my car is too short to hop the curb and leave. There was only one car in front of me and no customers in the restaurant. In addition to this, they left half my order out of the bag and got at least one other item wrong.
I ordered one shredded chicken burrito on another recent occasion and half of the ingredients were left out of the burrito. Very disappointing.

Stopped here on the way through to Atlanta, GA. Went inside as the drive thru line was very long. They were quick, very nice, and my food was tasty. Everything including the bathroom was clean and organized. Would like to thank Joseph my cashier for being super friendly and professional!

This is the best taco bell in the metro area. Fast, courteous, accurate service. Not as much diarrhea from their food, either. Stay away from the Richland location if you don't want the plops.
