I was quite surprised that a gratuity was added, without prior consent, for our party of 5. The food and service were top-notch! Friendly service. A little slow to bring the food and drinks, considering there weren't many patrons. Would recommend.

Had the catfish plate today. The fish was fried perfectly, crispy yet soft. The fries are spot on. My wife had a burger. Always a good choice. If you are in Clinton, and Hungry Jamie's is the spot to satisfy you. They also have live music on the weekends in the evenings. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We’ve eaten at Jamie’s several times, but this time we ordered take out. We ordered the catfish plate, two Philly cheesesteaks, a mushroom burger and kids chicken tenders. Everything was still hot when we got it home and delicious as always! Highly recommend!!

So the food was ok... I enjoy supporting local eateries and tried both lunch and breakfast here. Everything comes out with great presentation and looks good, but honestly, I wasn't impressed with either. As some have said, some of it is overpriced. For instance the Philly. It has a pretty good taste, probably the best thing I've eaten there, but it's so small. I didn't like the catfish at all. The breakfast was ok. The pancakes lack flavor (maybe add some vanilla flavor or something)... maybe just me, but they had a bland box taste to them and once the waitress brought the syrup out in a Kroger bottle, I was a bit blown away... like put it in a cup or something, but it tasted off-brand. Sorry, because I really wanna like this place. I've heard great reviews about the hamburgers, so I'll try one more time.
