Kyuramen X Tbaar - Jackson

The food was good when the place first opened up … but now it’s never consistent some days it’s good the next day it doesn't taste the same. The customer service is trash I was on hold for 20 minutes then had to call back because they forgot I was on the other line. They can never get me order right when on the phone , ordering on the app needs to be an option at this point .

Walked into a great atmosphere with great customer service. Candi was an awesome server! Our first time trying Ramen and it was a unique treat

I know I'm not the first but worth mentioning again!

Service : Impeccable. Our waitress stayed on top of things and was very informative.
The manager (seemed like he was the manager) was extremely friendly and told us about things around the restaurant that were unfamiliar to us.

Atmosphere: Inviting and cozy. Though they have lots of tables you really feel like you are in your own space. Unfortunately we didn't get to sit in one of the cool booths we did get to sit under the Wishing Tree (pictured below) at the end of your meal ask your server for a board, write your wish and they hang it in the tree. They told us they will continue adding branches to the tree so it never gets full. :)

Food: We ate way too much but it was all delicious!
We shared a Steamed Pork Bao Bun , our first one ever and hands down will get more next time! (No pic)

Secondly we had the Pan Fried Gyoza (chicken dumplings) fantastic!! See pic below.

Entrées, my husband had the
Spicy Kyushu Tonkotsu
Served with, Pork Chashu, Bamboo Shoot, Wakame, Half Marinated Egg, Nori, Corn, Scallion. (Pork Broth) he opted for the "hot"
🌶🌶🌶 they also had "spicy" 🌶🌶 and he was extremely pleased with the heat but it was warm! (again no pic 😩)

I had the Chicken Ramen
Served with, Grilled Chicken, Bamboo Shoot, Wakame, Half Marinated Egg, Nori, Corn, Scallion. (Chicken Broth) I added some of the table spices and it was so good!!! Definitely would get it again!

Price: Very reasonable. 2 sodas, 2 appetizers , 2 entrees $56

Highly recommend this restaurant!

Very clean environment! Welcoming staff that goes above and beyond to ensure every table is comfortable and well taken care of! Amazing food and plenty of options to choose from!

the food and atmosphere was really good! my broth needed just tad bit of a salt element but really can’t complain about anything else! definitely will be back! also to add service was okay I feel like they are still figuring things out but once they get the hang of it, it should be better
